WINNIPEG, Manitoba (Interstat) — The Winnipeg Sea Bears defeated the Calgary Surge 92-72 on Friday night at Canada Life Centre in a Canadian Elite Basketball League contest.

Winnipeg led after each quarter, outscoring Calgary 24-21 in the first, 20-22 in the second, 26-19 in the third and 22-10 in the fourth. The Sea Bears improved to 7-7, while Calgary fell to 7-10.

Isiah Osborne led all scorers with 24 points, three rebounds and one assist for Winnipeg. Teddy Allen added 25 points and four rebounds, Trey McGowens contributed 14 points, Jeremiah Tilmon had six points, nine rebounds and three assists, and Tre Scott chipped in 11 points.

For Calgary, Javonte Brown registered 15 points, 11 rebounds and one block. Addison Patterson scored 16 points, Sean Miller-Moore had 17 points, Evan Gilyard added 15 points and six assists, and Damion Baugh posted three points, six rebounds and five assists.
