BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (Interstat) — Drew Dyczkowski scored twice, including the decisive third-period goal, as the Long Island Sharks edged the Post Eagles 3-2 in a women’s NCAA Division I hockey game Friday at Northwell Health Ice Center.

Dyczkowski added an assist for a three-point night. Grace Babington had a goal and two assists for the Sharks, who scored twice in the second period to erase an early deficit. Tristan Currie and Caryss Kehl scored for the Eagles.

Long Island goaltender Victoria Rutnik made 19 saves. The Sharks improved to 17-15-2. Post fell to 10-22-1. The teams meet again Saturday. Attendance was 218.
