VIDNOYE, Russia (Interstat) — UMMC dominated Sparta&K 97-73 in a women’s professional basketball game Sunday, extending its perfect record this season.

The visiting UMMC, now 17-0 across all competitions, controlled the game from the start. Six players scored in double figures, led by Zhosselina Maiga and Viktoriya Tretyakova with 15 points each. Anastasiia Kosu added 14 points and eight rebounds.

Polina Selezeneva scored 17 points for Sparta&K, which fell to an even 8-8. The home team could not overcome UMMC’s balanced attack and defensive pressure. The result was in line with statistical projections that heavily favored UMMC.

UMMC previously defeated Sparta&K 66-53 in October. The teams are next scheduled to meet in the Russian league playoffs, should both advance.
