TOKYO (Interstat) — Channon Fluker recorded 28 points, 14 rebounds and five blocks to lead Haneda to a 94-70 victory over Chanson in Game 2 of their women’s professional basketball playoff series Monday.

The home win at Tokyo evened the series after Chanson took the opener. Haneda, which improved to 3-24, controlled the game behind Fluker’s dominant interior performance. Saori Yoshida added 17 points for Haneda.

Yuka Fujisawa scored 13 points and Marvelous Nwoko added 12 points and nine rebounds for Chanson, which fell to 12-16. The visiting team could not overcome Haneda’s defensive pressure and efficient scoring. The series now shifts to a decisive Game 3.
