YEKATERINBURG, Russia (Interstat) — The undefeated UMMC Yekaterinburg hosts MBA Moscow in a women’s professional basketball matchup on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2025, pitting the league’s top team against an opponent looking to snap a losing skid.

UMMC enters the contest a perfect 9-0 across all competitions this season. They are coming off an 80-66 road victory over Enisey on Saturday, led by Anastasiia Kosu’s 21 points and five rebounds. UMMC’s dominance is clear, with an average margin of victory of 26.4 points.

MBA, meanwhile, has lost three of its last four games to fall to 5-4 overall. They are looking to rebound from a narrow 72-69 loss to Dynamo Kursk, also on Saturday. In that game, forward Victoria Cheren scored 17 points and grabbed seven rebounds for MBA.

The matchup presents a stark contrast in recent form. UMMC has consistently blown out opponents, including an 84-60 win over Dynamo Kursk earlier this month. MBA has struggled against the league’s upper echelon, with recent double-digit losses to Sparta&K and Dynamo Moscow.

The game will be played in Yekaterinburg.
