AULNOYE, France (Interstat) — A surging Aulnoye-Aymeries squad will look to continue its strong start to the season when it hosts a struggling Champagne team in a France LF women’s professional basketball game on Saturday.

The home side enters the contest with a 3-1 record across all competitions, coming off a 79-71 road victory over Cavigal Nice on Oct. 25. Guard Alison Lewis powered that win with a dominant performance, scoring 21 points and grabbing 17 rebounds while dishing out 7 assists. Lou Bobst added 18 points and 6 assists.

Champagne (2-3), meanwhile, is looking to rebound from a 63-54 home loss to Pays Voironnais on the same date. Anya Poole was a bright spot in the defeat, nearly notching a double-double with 17 points and 9 rebounds. The loss was the team’s second in a row after a narrow 65-64 defeat at Mondeville on Oct. 18.

The matchup pits Aulnoye-Aymeries’s balanced attack against a Champagne team that has shown offensive inconsistency, having been held under 65 points in three of its five games this season.

The game is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, in Aulnoye.
