ATHENS (Interstat) — Panathinaikos defeated visiting PAOK 91-52 on Sunday in a women’s professional basketball game. The home team led 22-15 after the first quarter, 49-26 at halftime, and 68-37 through three quarters. Panathinaikos outscored PAOK 23-15 in the fourth quarter. PAOK scored 15 points in the first, 11 in the second, 11 in the third, and 15 in the fourth. Panathinaikos scored 22 in the first, 27 in the second, 19 in the third, and 23 in the fourth. PAOK fell to 0-1, while Panathinaikos improved to 1-1. Panathinaikos had lost its previous game to Emlak. PAOK next hosts Aris, then visits Panathlitikos and hosts Olympiacos.
