NOVI SAD, Serbia (Interstat) — Jovana Adamovic had 24 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks to lead Vojvodina to a 78-62 win over visiting Mega MIS on Saturday in a women’s professional basketball game. Sara Krnjic added 22 points, 13 rebounds, two assists and three blocks for Vojvodina, which improved to 2-0. Marina Stojic scored 10 points and had eight assists, while Zaklina Jankovic grabbed nine rebounds. Mega MIS fell to 0-2. Nevena Petrovic scored 13 points for Mega MIS, Tamara Ivanovic had seven points, eight rebounds and three blocks, Dijana Arsovic scored eight points and Valentina Zaric added seven points and five rebounds. Vojvodina shot 28 of 67 from the floor, 5 of 20 from three-point range and 17 of 24 from the free throw line. Mega MIS shot 24 of 62 overall, 5 of 17 from beyond the arc and 9 of 12 at the line. Vojvodina had 13 offensive rebounds, 13 assists, six blocks and 12 turnovers. Mega MIS had seven offensive rebounds, five assists, five blocks and 19 turnovers.
