BELGRADE (Interstat) — Kraljevo used a decisive fourth quarter to beat Korac 64-52 in a women’s professional basketball game on Saturday. The first quarter ended tied 11-11, and Kraljevo held a 29-26 halftime lead and carried a 43-41 advantage into the final period. Kraljevo outscored Korac 21-11 in the fourth quarter to seal the road victory. Korac opened with 11 first-quarter points, scored 15 in the second, added 15 in the third and finished with 11 in the fourth. Kraljevo scored 11 in the first, 18 in the second, 14 in the third and 21 in the fourth. Korac stayed within striking distance until the final period, when Kraljevo pulled away. Kraljevo won by 12 points. The road win evened Kraljevo’s season record at 1-1, while Korac dropped to 0-2. Kraljevo’s previous result was a loss to Ras. Korac previously lost to Crvena Zvezda.
