WROCLAW (Interstat) — Lublin will visit 1KS Sleza on Saturday in a women’s professional basketball game between teams that share a 2-1 record. The matchup will bring together two clubs that have each won two of their first three games of the season. Lublin will be the visiting team, while 1KS Sleza will serve as the home team.

1KS Sleza will play at home with Deyona Gaston as its player to watch. Gaston’s recent appearances include a 19-point, nine-rebound effort with one assist and one block in 35 minutes during a 76-72 loss at Sosnowiec. Aleksandra Mielnicka added 14 points, six rebounds and four assists, and Zuzanna Kulinska finished with 10 points, five rebounds and two assists. Earlier this season, Gaston had eight points, seven rebounds and two blocks in 16 minutes during an 83-30 home win over Bydgoszcz, and she posted 20 points and 12 rebounds with one assist in 29 minutes during an 86-53 win at Wisla Krakow. 1KS Sleza has scored 83 points in one win and 86 in another while allowing 30 and 53 in those victories. Lublin also enters at 2-1 and will look to Kourtney Treffers. In Lublin’s most recent game, a 69-54 win over Torun, Treffers had 16 points and 11 rebounds in 23 minutes. Matea Tadic contributed nine points, two rebounds and 11 assists, while Catherine Reese added 14 points, eight rebounds, three assists and one block. Lublin’s other results this season include a 100-93 loss at MOSiR and a 114-60 home win over Jelenia Gora. Treffers scored 17 points with eight rebounds in 26 minutes at Bochnia and had 15 points, 12 rebounds and two assists in 16 minutes against Jelenia Gora.
