PRUSZKOW, Poland (Interstat) — MOSiR defeated Pruszkow 112-65 in a women’s professional basketball game Saturday. The visitors led 33-17 after the first quarter and 66-32 at halftime. Pruszkow scored 17 points in the first quarter, 15 in the second and 22 in the third. MOSiR extended its cushion to 94-54 through three quarters. Anaya Peoples led MOSiR with 17 points, 11 rebounds, three assists and a block. Laura Stockton added 11 points, five rebounds and seven assists. Marta Marcinkowska scored 17 points with five rebounds and four assists. Jastina Kosalewicz contributed 13 points, six rebounds and four assists. Katarzyna Bukraba had 17 points and seven rebounds for Pruszkow. Britney Jones scored 17 points for MOSiR. Wanesa Furman led Pruszkow with 20 points and three assists. Anna Krawiec added 10 points and six rebounds for Pruszkow. Bozena Puter finished with 15 points and eight rebounds. Karolina Zaborska had five points, five rebounds and three assists for Pruszkow. MOSiR improved to 4-1, while Pruszkow dropped to 1-3.
