The visiting side controlled the contest, shooting 37 of 73 from the floor and 16 of 31 from three-point range. Nyon scored 25 points in the first quarter, 31 in the second, 19 in the third and 24 in the fourth. Helios VS scored 17, 15, 25 and 22 by quarter. Louise Forsyth led Helios VS with 32 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Kylie Lavelle added 22 points, 13 rebounds and two blocks. Keira Robinson paced Nyon with 19 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists. Laure Margot added 19 points and six assists. Maeve St John scored 11 with nine rebounds. Gloria Ikateka Loosa scored 12, Miriam Uro Nilie added 10 points and four assists, Amelie De Preux had nine, Madeleine Albrecht scored 10 and Loreen Burkhalter had 14. Nyon committed 14 turnovers and 26 fouls, while Helios VS had 13 turnovers and 19 fouls. Nyon’s record improved to 2-0; Helios VS fell to 1-1.
