Municipal improved to 4-1, while U-Cluj Napoca fell to 2-5. Bride Kennedy Hopoate led Municipal with 26 points and 10 rebounds. Gabriela Munteanu added 17 points, seven rebounds and four assists, and Alexandra Ghita had 14 points, six rebounds and four assists. Rebecca Lipovan paced U-Cluj Napoca with 15 points, while Isabelle Gradwell contributed 10 points, eight rebounds and three blocks and Alina Podar scored 12.
