MOSCOW (Interstat) — Dynamo Moscow defeated Samara 88-73 on Sunday in a women’s professional basketball game. Samara led 26-20 after the first quarter and 43-39 at halftime. Dynamo Moscow then outscored Samara 22-15 in the third quarter to take a 61-58 lead. The home team closed with a 27-15 fourth quarter. Dynamo Moscow scored 20 points in the first quarter, 19 in the second, 22 in the third and 27 in the fourth. Samara scored 26 points in the first quarter, 17 in the second, 15 in the third and 15 in the fourth. Dynamo Moscow improved to 1-0. Samara fell to 0-1. Dynamo Moscow next hosts Enisey, while Samara next visits Dynamo Kursk.
