Roseto led 27-20 after the first quarter, but Libertas Livorno used a 21-point second quarter to tie the game at halftime. Roseto took a four-point lead into the fourth quarter and outscored Libertas Livorno 19-18 in the final period. Adrianna Smith posted 10 points and 10 rebounds for Libertas Livorno.
