HERLEV, Denmark (Interstat) — Herlev defeated visiting Falcon 68-59 on Saturday in a women’s professional basketball game organized by Denmark in Denmark. Victoria Lundin led Herlev with 14 points, eight rebounds and four assists in 31 minutes, while Malou Lachenmeier scored 18 points in 25 minutes. Katrine Lassen paced Falcon with 12 points, six rebounds, two assists and one block in 34 minutes. Elisabeth Brynaa Hansen added 16 points, six rebounds and three assists for Falcon. Caroline Glud Rasmussen contributed 11 points, five rebounds and three assists, and Karoline Lundin had 15 points, three rebounds and four assists for Herlev. Herlev used a 30-point third quarter to take control after trailing 31-27 at halftime. Falcon scored 12 in the first, 19 in the second, 13 in the third and 15 in the fourth. Herlev scored 17 in the first, 10 in the second, 30 in the third and 11 in the fourth. Falcon’s record is now 15-6, while Herlev’s is 15-10.
