LUGO, Spain (Interstat) — Lisa Ehk scored 21 points and Ensino defeated visiting Araski 76-63 on Sunday in a women’s professional basketball game. Ehk added four rebounds and one assist for Ensino, which led 19-11 after the first quarter and 44-34 at halftime. Ensino extended its lead in the third quarter and closed out the win in the fourth. Kristina Higgins paced Araski with 13 points and 13 rebounds. Aleksandra Stanacev added 15 points, three rebounds and three assists for Araski, while Kristina Rakovic scored 10 points. Mama Dembele Traore had six points, six assists and two rebounds for Ensino. Hennie Van Schaik contributed 10 points and five rebounds, Duran Nhug Bosch scored 12 points, and Andrea Vilaro added six points, five rebounds and four assists. Zoe Hernandez scored nine points and grabbed five rebounds, and Tetiana Yurkevichus added six points and four rebounds. Ensino shot 26 of 60 from the floor and 17 of 20 from the free-throw line. Araski shot 21 of 57 overall and 14 of 17 from the line. Ensino improved to 1-3. Araski fell to 0-4.
