KUNGSBACKA, Sweden (Interstat) — Kungsbacka defeated visiting Hogsbo 94-50 on Saturday in a women’s professional basketball game. The home team led 30-13 after the first quarter, 52-23 at halftime and 75-41 through three quarters. Kungsbacka scored 30 in the first, 22 in the second, 23 in the third and 19 in the fourth. Hogsbo scored 13 in the first, 10 in the second, 18 in the third and nine in the fourth. Anna Golob had 10 points, four rebounds, three assists and one block. Ebba Lofvenborg scored 16 points and added six rebounds and three assists. Hilma Gross contributed 14 points, six rebounds and two blocks. Lisa Dahl led Hogsbo with 11 points and six rebounds. Louise Noaksson finished with seven points and seven rebounds. Maja Erlandsson scored 11 points, Elina Olsson had five, Ebba Eriksson two, Sofia Klacker three and Edit Clase two. Kungsbacka improved to 1-0, while Hogsbo dropped to 17-10.
