Kim Pierre Louis scored 25 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Joondalup City, which improved to 4-8. Cockburn fell to 11-3 despite 22 points from Darcee Garbin and 17 points and 15 rebounds from Jessie Edwards. Jewel Williams added 19 points and five assists for Cockburn, while Yemiyah Morris contributed nine points and 14 rebounds for Joondalup City. Suzi Rose Deegan had 15 points, and Asianae Johnson added 17 points for the visitors. Ella Thornton Elliott scored 12 points, and Cierra Walker had nine points for Cockburn. Kuir Gayo recorded seven rebounds for Joondalup City. The game was part of the Australia NBL One women’s professional basketball league. The victory avenged a 92-73 loss to Cockburn on April 11.
