(Interstat) — In a defensive struggle defined by grit over grace, the Texas Tech Lady Raiders edged the Villanova Wildcats 57-52 in a women’s NCAA Division I tournament game Friday night at the Maravich Assembly Center. The contest, a low-scoring affair from the opening tip, saw neither team lead by more than six points.
