Southeast Missouri State vs. San Diego

TEMPE, Ariz. (Interstat) — The Southeast Missouri State Redhawks and San Diego Toreros will look to build on recent victories when they meet in a non-conference women’s basketball game Sunday at Wells Fargo Arena.

Southeast Missouri State (2-2) enters the contest following a 69-62 road win over Wichita State on Nov. 18. Lexi McCully led the Redhawks with 18 points in that victory, while Ainaya Williams added 14 points and five blocks. Raissa Nsabua contributed 11 points and four assists.

San Diego (2-4) snapped a four-game losing streak with a 57-48 home win against New Mexico State on Monday. Olivia Owens paced the Toreros with 17 points and six assists. Ayla Williams controlled the glass, pulling down 14 rebounds to go with seven points.

The game at the neutral site in Tempe represents a final non-conference test for both teams before they dive deeper into their respective schedules. The Redhawks have shown an ability to score, averaging 66.3 points per game, but will face a San Diego defense that held its last opponent under 50 points.

San Diego will seek to find more consistent offense after being held to 54 points or fewer in four of its six games this season.

Tipoff is set for Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025.
