GREENVILLE, S.C. (Interstat) — Clemson edged Georgia Tech 67-65 in a double-overtime women’s basketball game Thursday night at Bi-Lo Center. The Lady Tigers avenged a January loss to the Yellow Jackets in the Atlantic Coast Conference matchup.

Clemson led 30-21 at halftime, but Georgia Tech used a 19-point third quarter to rally. The teams were tied at the end of regulation and after the first overtime. Clemson scored eight points in the second extra period to secure the win before a crowd of 915.

The victory improved Clemson to 18-8 overall. Georgia Tech fell to 11-15.
