ATLANTA (Interstat) — The Georgia Tech women’s basketball team looks to build on a dominant victory when it hosts Jacksonville on Sunday at Hank McCamish Pavilion.

The Yellow Jackets (2-1) are coming off an 87-40 rout of Charleston Southern on Thursday. Talayah Walker led the way with 19 points, while Catherine Alben added 17 points and six rebounds. Brianna Turnage controlled the glass with 13 rebounds.

Georgia Tech’s lone blemish is a 67-61 home loss to Princeton on Nov. 9.

Jacksonville (1-1) arrives after a lopsided 100-55 road loss to Florida on Monday. Bailey Burns was a bright spot for the Dolphins in that game, scoring 10 points. Jacksonville opened its season with an 86-84 overtime win against Charleston Southern.

This non-conference matchup will be the final tune-up for Georgia Tech before it hosts West Georgia on Wednesday. Jacksonville will travel to Florida International for its next contest on Nov. 22.
