Bryant at Providence

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (Interstat) — The undefeated Bryant Bulldogs put their perfect record on the line Sunday when they visit the Providence Friars in a nonconference women’s basketball matchup at Dunkin’ Center.

Bryant (7-0) is off to its best start in recent memory, coming off a dominant 83-56 road victory over Boston University on Wednesday. In that game, Mia Mancini recorded a double-double with 22 points and 10 rebounds, while Izzy Adams scored a team-high 24 points. Nia Scott also added a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds.

The Bulldogs have won their games by an average margin of 21.3 points, with their closest contest being a seven-point win at Merrimack on Nov. 19.

Providence (5-2) looks to rebound after a 54-48 home loss to Middle Tennessee on Monday. Prior to that, the Friars secured a 64-33 road win at Alcorn State, led by Payton Dunbar’s 19 points. Providence’s other loss came against Howard, 68-56, in its season opener.

This game serves as a final nonconference tune-up for both teams before league play begins next month. Bryant opens its next 10-game stretch at Yale on Dec. 3, while Providence begins a tough Big East slate at Xavier on Dec. 4.

Tip-off is set for Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025.
