New Hampshire at Colgate
HAMILTON, N.Y. (Interstat) — The Colgate Raiders, off to a 2-0 start, will look to remain undefeated when they host the New Hampshire Wildcats in a non-conference women’s basketball game Monday at Cotterell Court.
Colgate is coming off a 66-45 victory over Ithaca on Friday. Ella Meabon led the Raiders with 15 points and six assists, while Grace Klag added 13 points and eight rebounds. Tatiana Matthews scored a team-high 16 points. The Raiders also opened their season with a road win over Siena.
New Hampshire (1-1) aims to bounce back from a 57-69 loss at Boston College this past Thursday. Despite the defeat, senior Eva DeChent turned in a strong performance with 28 points and nine rebounds. Camryn Fauria added 11 points for the Wildcats, who opened their season with a dominant 72-32 win over Worcester St.
