MOSCOW, Idaho (Interstat) — The Idaho Vandals used a dominant fourth quarter to defeat the Eastern Washington Eagles 75-64 in a Big Sky Conference women’s basketball game Monday night at Idaho Central Credit Union Arena.

Idaho, which improved to 26-5, outscored Eastern Washington 29-18 in the final period to overcome a narrow halftime deficit. The Eagles led 38-34 at halftime after scoring 19 points in each of the first two quarters but managed only eight points in the third.

The Vandals’ balanced attack secured the regular-season series sweep after a January win in Cheney. Eastern Washington fell to 14-17 overall. Attendance was 1,395.
