WEST POINT, N.Y. (Interstat) — The Army women’s basketball team defeated Howard 64-56 on Monday afternoon at Christl Arena.
The Black Knights (9-2) led 31-27 at halftime and maintained control through the second half, outscoring the Lady Bison 21-19 in the fourth quarter to secure the win. Howard (10-6) could not overcome a slow start after scoring only nine points in the opening period.
