Stanford at Gonzaga
SPOKANE, Wash. (Interstat) — The No. 1-ranked Stanford Cardinal, off to a dominant 3-0 start, will face their first major test of the young season on the road against the Gonzaga Bulldogs on Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025.
The game at a sold-out McCarthey Athletic Center pits Stanford’s high-powered offense against a Gonzaga squad looking to rebound from its first loss.
Stanford has won each of its first three games by at least 21 points, most recently routing Cal Poly 90-55 on Nov. 9. The Cardinal have showcased a balanced attack, with Nunu Agara (16 points, 7 rebounds), Lara Somfai (14 points, 10 rebounds) and Courtney Ogden (12 points, 7 rebounds) leading the way in the win.
Gonzaga (2-1) is coming off a 70-66 home loss to Colorado State on Thursday. Despite the defeat, guard Lauren Whittaker had a career-high 29 points in the contest. The Bulldogs previously earned road wins at Toledo and North Dakota State.
This non-conference matchup is a highlight of both teams’ early schedules. Stanford will look to maintain its perfect record before returning home to host UC Davis on Nov. 20. Gonzaga aims to defend its home court before a neutral-site game against South Dakota State on Nov. 20.
Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. PST.
