CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Interstat) — In a defensive struggle defined more by missed shots and turnovers than offensive artistry, the Claflin Panthers grinded out a 49-41 victory over the Johnson C. Smith Golden Bulls in a Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association women’s basketball game Saturday at Jack S. Brayboy Gymnasium.
