Giants, Commanders play to overtime tie after late rally
4 days ago SUMMERFIELD, Md. (Interstat) — Jameis Winston threw three touchdown passes and the N.Y. Giants scored twice in the final eight minutes of regulation to tie Washington 27-27 in overtime Sunday at Northwest Stadium. The Commanders led 27-13 after Jayden Daniels scrambled for his second rushing touchdown and then threw to Terry McLaurin for a two-point conversion, but the Giants rallied behind Winston and a defense that kept Washington off the scoreboard in the extra period.
