Los Angeles Rams vs. Seattle Seahawks

SEATTLE (Interstat) — A spot in the NFC Championship Game is on the line Sunday when the Seattle Seahawks host the Los Angeles Rams in a divisional playoff matchup at Lumen Field.

The contest is a rubber match between NFC West rivals who split two thrilling regular-season meetings. On Nov. 16, the Rams edged the Seahawks 21-19 in Los Angeles. Just over a month later, on Dec. 18, Seattle prevailed 38-37 in overtime in a wild shootout in Seattle.

The top-seeded Seahawks (15-3) enter with the NFL’s best record and are riding a three-game winning streak, including a dominant 41-6 victory over the San Francisco 49ers in the wild-card round. Quarterback Sam Darnold has been efficient, throwing just one interception in his last five games, while the defense has allowed an average of only 6.3 points during the current win streak.

The fifth-seeded Rams (14-5), the NFC’s lone wild-card team remaining, advanced with a 20-17 overtime road win against the Chicago Bears. Veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford has been on a hot streak, throwing for 11 touchdowns against two interceptions over his last four games. The running back duo of Kyren Williams and Blake Corum provides balance.

Despite the Rams’ momentum, Interstat’s game simulator projects a 31-23 victory for the Seahawks. Oddsmakers, however, list Los Angeles as a slight 2.5-point favorite. The over/under is set at 46.5 points.

Seattle seeks to leverage its home-field advantage, where it is 9-1 this season, to return to the conference title game for the first time since the 2014 season. The Rams, who last reached the NFC Championship in 2021, aim to continue their playoff road success behind Stafford’s experience.

Kickoff is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. PST Sunday, Jan. 25, 2026. The winner will face either the Green Bay Packers or Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the NFC championship.
