- Hunter Greene (60-Day-IL) - Greene (elbow) will be out for 12-to-18 months after undergoing his second Tommy John surgery Wednesday, Gordon Wittenmyer of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
- Tony Santillan (Out) - Santillan will undergo surgery Thursday to repair a left hip labral tear, Gordon Wittenmyer of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
- Esmerlyn Valdez (10-Day-IL) - Valdez (hamstring) isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Cubs.
- Braxton Ashcraft (15-Day-IL) - Ashcraft (arm) played catch Friday but is not expected to return this season, Kevin Gorman of TribLive.com reports.
