San Francisco Giants at Los Angeles Dodgers

LOS ANGELES (Interstat) — The Los Angeles Dodgers look to bounce back from a lopsided home loss Wednesday night when they host the San Francisco Giants in the second game of a two-game series at Dodger Stadium.

Left-hander Robbie Ray (3-4) is scheduled to start for the Giants (17-24), while the Dodgers (24-17) had not named a starter as of Tuesday. The Interstat game simulator projects a 3-2 Dodgers victory.

San Francisco enters the game after a 9-3 win Monday, snapping a four-game skid. Rafael Devers led the charge, going 2 for 3 with a home run and two RBIs. The designated hitter has been productive over his past 10 games, posting four multi-hit performances and three home runs. He is hitting .429 (6 for 14) in his last four games.

The Dodgers lost Monday despite a solid effort from right-hander Roki Sasaki, who allowed three earned runs over five innings with five strikeouts. Sasaki, a player to watch, has struggled with consistency, yielding at least three earned runs in three of his last four starts. Max Muncy provided the offense with a two-run homer.

The Giants have won three of five meetings this season, including two of three at Dodger Stadium in April. The series continues the final leg of a road trip for San Francisco, which plays 10 straight away games through May 20. The Dodgers begin a 10-game road trip of their own Friday in Anaheim.
