BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (Interstat) — The Cincinnati Reds scored three runs in the ninth to force extra innings and three more in the 10th to defeat the Minnesota Twins 7-4 on Sunday at Target Field.

The Reds, who swept the three-game series, trailed 3-1 entering the ninth before TJ Friedl cleared the bases with a three-run double. The Twins tied it in the bottom half on Austin Martin’s RBI double. In the 10th, a fielding error by Twins third baseman Tristan Gray allowed the go-ahead run to score before Rece Hinds added a two-run double.

Minnesota’s Bailey Ober struck out 10 over 6 1/3 scoreless innings. Winning pitcher Emilio Pagán moved to 2-0 for Cincinnati, while Graham Ashcraft earned the save. Attendance was 19,422. The Reds improved to 14-8; the Twins fell to .500 at 11-11.
