CHARLOTTE (Interstat) — Lenyn Sosa and Yohendrick Piñango homered, and Rhylan Thomas had four hits as the Buffalo Bisons beat the Charlotte Knights 11-4 on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026, at Truist Park. Buffalo totaled 17 hits and scored two runs in the second, four in the fifth, four in the sixth and one in the seventh. Charlotte scored one in the second, one in the fourth and two in the seventh. Sosa went 3 for 5 with one home run and two RBIs. Piñango also went 3 for 5 with a homer and one RBI. Thomas went 4 for 6 with two RBIs, and C.J. Stubbs added two hits and two RBIs. Chad Dallas earned the win, improving to 1-3. Tanner McDougal took the loss, falling to 2-3. Josh Winckowski struck out two over two scoreless innings, Gage Stanifer struck out three in two innings, and Brendan Cellucci struck out four in 1 2/3 scoreless innings. Charlotte finished with four hits. The International League game drew 5,321 fans and took 3:19. Buffalo improved to 65-71; Charlotte fell to 74-64.
