He has a 7.27 ERA over his last three starts, covering 13 1/3 innings with 12 strikeouts but 12 earned runs allowed.

The Sod Poodles and Hooks have not played this season. Amarillo holds a slight edge in the all-time series.

Dombroski is a key arm for Corpus Christi. He has 11 strikeouts over his last two starts, but has allowed nine earned runs in 8 1/3 innings.

Amarillo’s Nezuh will be making his third start of the season. He has not recorded a decision in his last two outings.

The series continues with games Wednesday through Sunday. After the six-game set, Amarillo returns home to face Northwest Arkansas, while Corpus Christi hosts Midland.
