Sunday, March 29, 2026 · Final · Pacific Coast League (AAA)

Round Rock Express at Sugar Land Space Cowboys

SUGAR LAND, Texas (Interstat) — The Round Rock Express and Sugar Land Space Cowboys will conclude their opening series Sunday evening at Constellation Field, with both clubs seeking their first win of the 2026 season.

The series is tied after a 2-2 tie in Saturday’s opener. First pitch is scheduled for 6:05 p.m. under cloudy skies with temperatures near 74 degrees.

Round Rock is projected to start right-hander Spencer Arrighetti. The Express’ most recent official result was a 4-2 victory at Sacramento on Sept. 21, 2025, to close last season.

Sugar Land is expected to counter with right-hander Cal Quantrill. The Space Cowboys ended their 2025 campaign with a 12-6, eight-inning win over El Paso on the same date.

Despite the even start, statistical models offer conflicting forecasts for the finale. Interstat’s game simulator projects a 5-3 Round Rock victory, while the same service’s ELO rating system gives Sugar Land a narrow 52.3% probability to win.

Both teams will embark on extended road trips following Sunday’s game. The Express will host the Gwinnett Stripers for a six-game series beginning Tuesday. The Space Cowboys will travel to face the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp for a six-game set starting the same day.
