Napa Valley vs Solano
FAIRFIELD, Calif. (Interstat) — Two men’s junior college basketball teams seeking momentum will meet Wednesday when the Napa Valley Storm visit the Solano Falcons in a California Community College Athletic Association matchup.
The game, scheduled for Feb. 11, 2026, pits teams with struggling overall records. Napa Valley (9-15) enters having won two of its last three games, including an 82-70 road victory at Mendocino last Friday. Solano (4-19) looks to rebound from an 86-67 loss at Contra Costa on the same date.
The Storm won the previous meeting this season decisively, defeating Solano 84-59 at home on Jan. 10. In that contest, Napa Valley’s defense held the Falcons to 59 points, a threshold Solano has failed to surpass in four of its last six games.
A key player to watch for the Falcons is guard Nicko Ignacio. He is coming off a strong performance in Solano’s last win, a 64-63 victory over Alameda on Feb. 4, where he contributed 16 points, five rebounds and four assists in 21 minutes. Ignacio also logged a full 40 minutes in a Jan. 16 loss to Los Medanos, finishing with 17 points, five rebounds, four assists and a block.
Napa Valley’s recent form has shown inconsistency but offensive capability, scoring 80 or more points in three of its last five outings. Solano’s season has been defined by offensive struggles, with the team scoring 67 points or fewer in eight of its last ten games.
According to Interstat’s game simulator, this contest is projected to be a high-scoring and even affair, with a predicted final score of 100-100.
Following this game, Napa Valley will host Yuba on Friday, Feb. 13. Solano will also be at home on that date, facing Marin.
