FULLERTON, Calif. (Interstat) — The Fullerton College Hornets delivered a commanding performance Wednesday night, defeating the Riverside City College Tigers 83-54 in a men’s junior college basketball game.

Fullerton improved to 22-1 overall behind a dominant inside game and efficient shooting. The Hornets shot 53% from the floor and outrebounded Riverside 45-31. Yoda Oke led Fullerton with 17 points and 17 rebounds. Jaedyn Patterson added 16 points.

Riverside, which fell to 13-9, shot just 28% overall. Kavon Ray paced the Tigers with 12 points. Fullerton built a 36-27 lead by halftime and continued to pull away in the second half, holding Riverside to 27 points in each quarter.
