SADDLEBACK, Calif. (Jan. 21, 2026) (Interstat) — The Saddleback Bobcats used a dominant second half to defeat the Cypress Chargers 80-65 in a men’s junior college basketball game Wednesday. Leading by just four points at halftime, Saddleback outscored Cypress 48-37 after the break, fueled by efficient shooting.

Saddleback shot 59.6% from the floor, including 8 of 18 from three-point range. Mark Reichner led the Bobcats with 16 points, while Jacob Simon added 13 off the bench. Michael Wright scored a team-high 17 points for Cypress, which shot 38.5% overall.

The victory improved Saddleback’s record to 10-9, while Cypress fell to 9-9.
