CORSICANA, Texas (Interstat) — The Navarro men’s basketball team delivered an offensive showcase in a 102-65 victory over Lamar State-Port Arthur on Saturday.

The Bulldogs seized control early, erupting for 52 points in the opening quarter and never looked back. They led 102-65 at halftime, with the second half played under a running clock per junior college mercy rules. Christian Andrews led all scorers with 22 points for the Seahawks in the loss.

Navarro improved its season record to 13-14. Lamar State-Port Arthur fell to 6-16. The result avenged a 73-67 road loss to the Seahawks earlier this season on Jan. 3.
