Pratt vs Coffeyville

COFFEYVILLE, Kan. (Interstat) — The Coffeyville Ravens will look to rebound from a rare home loss when they host the struggling Pratt Beavers in a men’s junior college basketball matchup on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026.

Coffeyville (16-9) enters the contest after a 74-68 defeat to Hutchinson on Saturday, which snapped a four-game winning streak. The Ravens had been one of the region’s hottest teams prior to the setback, with their recent success fueled by standout guard Jack Sorrell. Over his last five games, Sorrell is averaging 16.8 points, 4.8 rebounds and 6.2 assists per contest, including a 26-point effort in a win at Colby on Feb. 14.

Pratt (4-20) is coming off just its fourth win of the season, a 74-60 victory over Colby on Saturday. The Beavers will aim to build on that performance and seek their first winning streak of the year. They will rely heavily on guard Galvin Luketa, who erupted for 24 points in 25 minutes in the win over Colby. Luketa has scored in double figures in four of his last six appearances.

The Ravens won the first meeting this season in dramatic fashion, edging Pratt 87-80 in overtime on Jan. 10 in Pratt.

For Coffeyville, a return to form hinges on Sorrell’s playmaking and defensive intensity after allowing 74 points to Hutchinson. For Pratt, replicating the balanced effort from Saturday — which saw Muna Godswill grab 14 rebounds and Wahab Olusesi block four shots alongside Luketa’s scoring — is essential to compete with a seasoned Ravens squad.

Tipoff is set for Wednesday night at Nellis Hall.
