FARGO, N.D. (Interstat) — North Dakota State Science of Fargo outlasted Dawson Community College 89-85 in a men’s junior college basketball game Sunday. The Wildcats overcame a halftime deficit by outscoring the Buccaneers 53-47 in the second half. Dawson led 85-83 late before North Dakota State Science closed with the final six points. The win improved the Wildcats’ season record to 6-3. The Buccaneers fell to 15-8. Key performances included Xavier Russell for North Dakota State Science and Kuirwohl Chol for Dawson.
