KASKASKIA, Ill. (Interstat) — The Kaskaskia Blue Devils defeated the Southwestern Illinois Blue Storm 64-61 in a men’s junior college basketball game Wednesday night. Kaskaskia improved to 4-7 on the season, while Southwestern Illinois fell to 3-12. The home team held a narrow 34-28 lead after a high-scoring first half and managed to maintain that advantage through the final buzzer in a closely contested game.
