McLennan 76, at Southwestern Christian 57

WACO, Texas (Interstat) — The McLennan Highlanders defeated the Southwestern Christian Rams 76-57 in a men’s junior college basketball game Wednesday. McLennan established control early, leading 34-27 after the first quarter and extending its advantage by halftime. Amare Banks led the Highlanders with 16 points. Joe Burgess added a notable performance with 10 rebounds in just 12 minutes of play. The victory improved McLennan’s season record to 12-1. Southwestern Christian fell to 8-12.
