(Interstat) — The Calhoun Warhawks delivered a decisive 112-64 men’s junior college basketball victory over the Volunteer State Pioneers on Saturday. Calhoun established overwhelming control early, building a 71-46 halftime lead behind a 41-point first quarter. The win improved Calhoun’s overall record to 7-4, while Volunteer State fell to 3-7. Jailen Hardaway led the Pioneers with 15 points in the losing effort. The result marked Calhoun’s second win over Volunteer State this season, following a 95-83 victory on Dec. 13.
