SAN DIEGO (Interstat) — Charlie Stallings scored 30 points to lead the Saddleback Bobcats to a 71-68 overtime victory over the San Diego City Knights in a California men’s junior college basketball game Saturday.

Saddleback led 60-56 at halftime, but a sluggish third quarter in which both teams combined for 19 points sent the game to an extra period tied at 68. The Bobcats secured the win despite being outshot from the floor and outrebounded. The Knights committed 24 turnovers.

Dylan Griffin led San Diego City with 23 points and 10 rebounds. The loss dropped the Knights to 7-4, while Saddleback improved to 8-4.
