COPPER MOUNTAIN, Calif. (Interstat) — The surging Copper Mountain Fighting Cacti will look to extend their winning streak when they visit the struggling MiraCosta Spartans in a California men’s junior college basketball game on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025.

Copper Mountain (4-1) enters the contest on a three-game winning streak, most recently defeating San Diego Mesa 76-68 on Nov. 19. The Fighting Cacti’s only loss was a narrow 78-77 defeat to Palomar on Nov. 1. Travis Snider leads the team after a 19-point, 10-rebound performance in the last game.

MiraCosta (0-5) is still searching for its first win of the season. The Spartans are coming off a 102-68 road loss to Citrus on Nov. 18 and have lost their games by an average margin of 19.6 points.

Despite the divergent records, Interstat’s game simulator projects a tightly contested matchup with a final score of 100-100.

Following this game, Copper Mountain travels to Antelope Valley on Dec. 5. MiraCosta’s next contest is at Palo Verde on Nov. 29.
