TORRINGTON, Wyo. (Interstat) — The McCook Indians look to continue a positive start to their season when they visit the struggling Eastern Wyoming Lancers in a men’s junior college basketball game on Friday.

McCook (5-3) enters with momentum from a 90-83 road victory over Southwest Tennessee last Friday. The Indians have shown a potent offense, scoring 90 or more points in three of their wins this season.

Eastern Wyoming (3-10) seeks to snap a rough stretch, having lost 10 of its last 11 games. The Lancers’ most recent result was a 102-62 loss at Salt Lake on Nov. 12. Their lone win in that span was a 113-75 home victory over Lake Region State on Nov. 29.

The teams met earlier this season in McCook on Oct. 31, with the Indians securing a 76-61 victory.

Following this contest, McCook will travel to face Laramie County on Saturday. Eastern Wyoming is scheduled to host North Platte on Saturday.
