MOBERLY, Mo. (Interstat) — The undefeated Moberly Area Greyhounds will look to extend their perfect start when they host the winless Southwestern Illinois Blue Storm in a men’s junior college basketball game Friday at the MACC Thanksgiving Classic.

Moberly Area (6-0) enters the contest riding high, having most recently defeated Southeastern 92-82 on Saturday. The Greyhounds have already secured a decisive 97-83 victory over Southwestern Illinois earlier this month on Nov. 11.

Southwestern Illinois (0-2) is seeking its first win of the season after a 77-61 loss to Mineral Area on Nov. 19. The Blue Storm’s only other game this season was the earlier loss to Moberly Area.

The game is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 28, 2025. Following this contest, Moberly Area will host Highland (Ill.) on Saturday, while Southwestern Illinois travels to face State Fair.
